Free Wi-Fi was convenient, but the shower wouldn't drain, leaving me standing in water.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The indoor water park was a blast, with two swimming pools, a children’s play area, and a hot tub that we all enjoyed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore local attractions. Just keep in mind the hot tub might not always be in service as it has been out of order for some time, but the comfy beds made up for it.

The carpet felt worn and there were spots that could use a good scrub. I was also disappointed by the state of the bathroom. the tub had stains and the shower curtain was hanging off. The staff seemed overwhelmed. I had to wait a bit for help. no one was around when I needed towels. When I finally asked, the front desk staff was friendly but mentioned they were out of towels and would send someone to our room. Unfortunately, no one ever came. The breakfast had enough options to keep us satisfied, but a few items I hoped to find were missing. Location-wise, it was perfect for our plans. Near many attractions, it made getting around easy. Late night noise from other guests was unsettling, especially when I just wanted to relax. I would probably consider staying again for the kids' enjoyment, but some improvements are definitely needed.

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. Bathroom was stocked with good toiletries. The indoor pool was fun with a water slide and a kids' pool. Plus, there’s a hot tub. Nice bonus was the Green Mill restaurant right on-site for easy meals.

The water features were a hit with the kids! Really enjoyed the warm pool even though some areas need work.

Honestly, I was super disappointed. The pool situation was a mess, with too many kids and chaos everywhere. Didn't get to enjoy it at all. The room was okay, comfy beds but found debris under them, which is kinda gross. At least the dining area was nice and cozy. Definitely a lot of weird vibes here.
